Service Description
During your consultation, we’ll complete a thorough health assessment, review your health history, and discuss your weight loss goals. If you’re a candidate, the consultation fee will be credited towards your first month.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy To respect the time of our staff and clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be canceled. Fees & Deposits: - A 50% service fee will be charged to the card used at time of booking for late arrivals (15+ minutes), no-shows, or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment. - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in the refusal of future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
